S$950 million term loan facilities to Frasers Property Quayside Pte. Ltd.
Allen & Gledhill advised Frasers Property Quayside Pte. Ltd. (“Frasers Property Quayside”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Frasers Property Limited, on the S$950 million term loan facility to finance the purchase price and development costs of Land Parcel 921 located at Jiak Kim Street, Singapore.
