Issue of S$300 million notes by Land Transport Authority of Singapore
Allen & Gledhill advised Land Transport Authority of Singapore (“LTA”) on the issue of S$300 million 2.75 per cent. notes due 2028 under its S$12 billion multicurrency medium term note programme.
