Issue of S$300 million notes by CCT MTN Pte. Ltd.
Allen & Gledhill acted as transaction counsel and advised DBS Bank Ltd. (“DBS”) and The Hongkong Shanghai Banking Corporation Limited (“HSBC”) on the issue of S$300 million 3.17 per cent. notes due 2024 under the S$2 billion multicurrency medium term note programme established by CCT MTN Pte. Ltd..
DBS and HSBC were appointed dealers for this issuance.
