Issue of S$200 million notes by CCT MTN Pte. Ltd.
Allen & Gledhill acted as transaction counsel and advised United Overseas Bank Limited (“UOB”) on the issue of S$200 million 3.327 per cent. notes due 2025 under the S$2 billion multicurrency medium term note programme established by CCT MTN Pte. Ltd..
UOB was appointed dealer for the issuance.
