Issue of US$750 million notes by DBS Group Holdings Ltd under its US$30 billion global medium term note programme
Allen & Gledhill advised DBS Group Holdings Ltd (“DBSH”) on the issue of US$750 million 4.52 per cent. subordinated notes due 2028 (the “Notes”) under its US$30 billion global medium term note programme. The Notes were issued as Tier 2 capital of DBSH.
Advising DBSH as to Singapore law was Allen & Gledhill Partner Glenn Foo.
