S$74.3 million initial public offering and listing of Koufu Group Limited on Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited
Allen & Gledhill advised DBS Bank Ltd. (“DBS Bank”) on the initial public offering (“IPO”) and listing of Koufu Group Limited on the main board of Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited which, together with a cornerstone tranche, raised S$74.3 million.
DBS Bank was appointed sole issue manager, global coordinator, bookrunner and underwriter in respect of the IPO.
Advising DBS Bank as to Singapore law were Allen & Gledhill Partners Tan Tze Gay and Rhys Goh.
