Issue of US$500 million notes by Singtel Group Treasury Pte. Ltd. under its guaranteed Euro medium term note programme
Allen & Gledhill advised Singtel Group Treasury Pte. Ltd. (“SGT”) and Singapore Telecommunications Limited (“Singtel”) on the issue of the US$500 million 3.875 per cent. notes due 2028 under the S$10 billion guaranteed Euro medium term note programme (the “Programme”) by SGT (the “Note Issuance”).
The Programme was guaranteed by Singtel.
Advising SGT and Singtel on the Note Issuance as to Singapore law were Allen & Gledhill Partners Yeo Wico and Bernie Lee.
Advising SGT and Singtel on the Note Issuance as to Singapore tax issues was Allen & Gledhill Partner Sunit Chhabra.
