US$420 million syndicated loan facility to Agricultural Bank of China Limited, Singapore Branch
Allen & Gledhill advised Bank of America, National Association, Singapore Branch (“BOFA”), Commerzbank Aktiengesellschaft, Luxembourg Branch (“Commerzbank”), The Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Limited (“HSBC”), United Overseas Bank Limited (“UOB”) and ING Bank N.V., Singapore Branch (“ING Bank”) (collectively, the “Banks”) on the US$420 million syndicated loan facility to Agricultural Bank of China Limited, Singapore Branch.
BOFA, Commerzbank, HSBC and UOB were appointed lead arrangers and bookrunners.
ING Bank was appointed lead arranger.
Advising the Banks was Allen & Gledhill Partner Aloysius Ng.
