Issue of S$300 million by Mapletree Treasury Services Limited
Allen & Gledhill advised Mapletree Treasury Services Limited (“Mapletree Treasury Services”) and Mapletree Investments Pte. Ltd. (“Mapletree Investments”) as transaction counsel on the issue of S$300 million 3.40 per cent. notes due 2026 (the “Notes”) under the S$5 billion Euro medium term note programme established by Mapletree Treasury Services.
The Notes are guaranteed by Mapletree Investments.
