S$516 million acquisition of a property on Anson Road, Singapore by Silver Peak Holdings Pte. Ltd.
Allen & Gledhill advised AEW Asia, through its subsidiary Silver Peak Holdings Pte. Ltd. (“Silver Peak”), on the S$516 million acquisition of 20 Anson Road, Singapore.
This is the largest office real estate deal to date this year.
