£200 million acquisition of 12 logistics properties in the United Kingdom by Ascendas Real Estate Investment Trust
Allen & Gledhill advised Ascendas Fund Management (S) Limited (“Ascendas Fund Management”), the manager of Ascendas Real Estate Investment Trust (“Ascendas REIT”), as Singapore legal counsel, on the £200.03 million acquisition of 12 logistics properties in the United Kingdom.
