S$908 million acquisition of office components of OUE Downtown and S$587.5 million rights issue by OUE Commercial REIT Management Pte. Ltd.
Allen & Gledhill advised OUE Commercial REIT Management Pte. Ltd., in its capacity as manager of OUE Commercial Real Estate Investment Trust (“OUE C-REIT”, and the manager of OUE C-REIT, the “Manager”), as transaction counsel on the S$908 million acquisition of office components of OUE Downtown (the “Acquisition”).
To part finance the proposed Acquisition, the Manager undertook a S$587.5 million underwritten and renounceable rights issue of new units in OUE C-REIT.
Advising the Manager were Allen & Gledhill Deputy Managing Partner Jerry Koh and Partners Chua Bor Jern, Ho Kin San and Lim Mei Ann.
