S$1.25 billion term loan facilities to Ho Bee (One-North) Pte. Ltd.
Allen & Gledhill advised The Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Limited (“HSBC”), DBS Bank Ltd. (“DBS”), Malayan Banking Berhad, Singapore Branch (“Maybank”), and Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation Singapore Branch (“SMBC”), as transaction counsel, on the S$1.25 billion term loan facilities to Ho Bee (One-North) Pte. Ltd. The proceeds of the facilities are to be applied towards, inter alia, refinancing the existing facilities.
HSBC, DBS, Maybank and SMBC were appointed arrangers.
