S$647 million term and revolving loan facilities to Areca Investment Pte Ltd
Allen & Gledhill advised DBS Bank Ltd. (“DBS”) and United Overseas Bank Limited (“UOB”), as transaction counsel, on the S$647 million term and revolving loan facilities to Areca Investment Pte Ltd. The facilities were used to, among other things, finance the collective purchase and redevelopment of the iconic residential estate, Pearlbank Apartments, Singapore.
Advising DBS and UOB were Allen & Gledhill Partners Kok Chee Wai and Goh Ping Ying.
