US$800 million term loan facility to Raffles City China Fund Limited
Allen & Gledhill advised CIMB Bank Berhad, Singapore Branch (“CIMB”), DBS Bank Ltd. (“DBS”), Malayan Banking Berhad, Singapore Branch (“Maybank”), Oversea-Chinese Banking Corporation Limited (“OCBC”) and United Overseas Bank Limited (“UOB”), as transaction counsel, on the US$800 million term loan facility to Raffles City China Fund Limited (“Raffles City China Fund”). The facilities were used for, among other things, general corporate and working capital purposes and the refinancing of the Raffles City China Fund’s existing indebtedness.
