Acquisition of 100 per cent. of the shares in Ixom HoldCo Pty Ltd at an enterprise value of S$1.1 billion by Keppel Infrastructure Fund Management Pte. Ltd., in its capacity as trustee-manager of Keppel Infrastructure Trust.
Allen & Gledhill advised Keppel Infrastructure Fund Management Pte. Ltd., in its capacity as trustee-manager of Keppel Infrastructure Trust (“KIT Trustee-Manager”), as Singapore counsel, on the acquisition of 100 per cent. of shares in Ixom HoldCo Pty Ltd (“Ixom”) at an enterprise value of S$1.1 billion from certain funds managed by Blackstone and certain management of the shareholders of Ixom.
