S$778 million acquisition of the land parcel at Sengkang Central, Singapore
Allen & Gledhill advised CapitaLand Limited and City Developments Limited (two of the largest private property developers in Singapore) (together, the “Consortium”), as transaction counsel, on the joint development structure for the approximately S$778 million acquisition of the land parcel at Sengkang Central, Singapore.
The land parcel is to be developed into a commercial and residential project.
Advising the Consortium were Allen & Gledhill Partners Ho Kin San, Ernest Teo and Lim Mei Ann.
