Issue of S$350 million subordinated perpetual securities by Singapore Technologies Telemedia Pte Ltd under its S$2 billion multicurrency debt issuance programme
Allen & Gledhill advised Singapore Technologies Telemedia Pte Ltd. (“STT”), DBS Bank Ltd. (“DBS”) and United Overseas Bank Limited (“UOB”) on the issue of the S$350 million 5.00 per cent. subordinated perpetual securities under a S$2 billion multicurrency debt issuance programme by STT.
DBS and UOB were appointed joint lead managers and bookrunners.
