S$500 million investment in V3 Group Limited
Allen & Gledhill advised V3 Group Limited (“V3 Group”), as transaction counsel, on the investment of up to S$500 million in V3 Group by KKR, through a mixture of share acquisitions, share subscriptions and the exercise of options.
