Issue of S$800 million notes by CapitaLand Treasury Limited
Allen & Gledhill advised CapitaLand Treasury Limited (“CapitaLand Treasury”) and CapitaLand Limited (“CapitaLand”) on the issue of S$800 million 2.90% notes due 2032 (the “Notes”) under their S$5 billion Euro medium term note programme.
CapitaLand is the guarantor for the Notes.
Advising CapitaLand Treasury and CapitaLand as to Singapore law were Allen & Gledhill Partners Tan Tze Gay and Wu Zhaoqi.
