Issue of CNY1.6 billion notes by DBS Group Holdings Ltd
Allen & Gledhill advised DBS Group Holdings Ltd (“DBSH”) on the issue of CNY1.6 billion 3.70% subordinated notes due 2031, first callable in 2026 (“Notes”), under its US$30 billion global medium term note programme.
DBS Bank Ltd. and The Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Limited were appointed joint lead managers for the Notes.
Advising DBSH as to Singapore law was Allen & Gledhill Partner Glenn Foo.
