S$1.160 billion rights issue of new ordinary shares by Frasers Property Limited
Allen & Gledhill advised Frasers Property Limited (“Frasers Property”), as transaction counsel, on its renounceable non-underwritten 37-for-100 rights issue of new ordinary shares which raised S$1.160 billion in gross proceeds.
