Allen & Gledhill advised Softbank Vision Fund 2, who co-led the Series D financing round of Advance AI which raised more than US$400 million.
Advance AI, is a Singapore-headquartered big data company that provides digital identity verification, anti-fraud, and credit scoring solutions to its customers.
Advising Softbank Vision Fund 2 were Allen & Gledhill Partners Christian Chin, Adrian Ang, Alexander Yap and Isaac Tung, and Counsel Nicholas Soh.
