US$35 million series B investment in Pluang Technologies Pte. Ltd. led by Square Peg VC Pty Ltd
Allen & Gledhill, as transaction counsel, advised Square Peg VC Pty Ltd (“Square Peg”), a venture capital firm, who led the US$35 million series B round investment in Pluang Technologies Pte. Ltd. (“Pluang”).
Pluang is an Indonesian fintech start-up providing digital micro-savings and wealth management services through a mobile app, which allows users to make investments in various asset classes, such as gold, US equity indices and cryptocurrencies. Pluang is also available through partnerships with Indonesian “super apps”, namely Gojek, Dana and Bukalapak, and has over 2 million registered users.
