S$1.8 billion term loan facilities to Boulevard View Pte. Ltd.
Allen & Gledhill, as transaction counsel, advised DBS Bank Ltd. (“DBS”), United Overseas Bank Limited (“UOB”) and Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation, Singapore Branch (“SMBC”), on the S$1.8 billion term loan facility to Boulevard View Pte. Ltd. to finance its acquisition of the Marina View white site located in Singapore’s Central Business District. DBS, UOB and SMBC were appointed mandated lead arrangers and bookrunners.
The white site, intended for a mixed-used development with residential, hotel, commercial and/or serviced apartments, can yield 905 private homes, 2,000 square metres in gross floor area of commercial space and 540 hotel rooms.
