S$926.48 million voluntary unconditional cash offer for Fragrance Group Limited by JK Global Treasures Pte. Ltd.
Allen & Gledhill, as transaction counsel, advised JK Global Treasures Pte. Ltd. (“JK Global”) on its S$926.48 million voluntary unconditional cash offer (“Offer”) for Fragrance Group Limited (“FGL”).
Following the close of Offer on 10 September 2021, FGL was delisted from the Singapore Exchange on 6 October 2021.
