Joint venture to establish a digital securities and cryptocurrency exchange in Singapore by SIX Group AG and SBI Digital Asset Holdings Co., Ltd.
Allen & Gledhill, as transaction counsel, advised SIX Group AG (“SIX”) on its joint venture with SBI Digital Asset Holdings Co., Ltd. to carry on businesses related to the issuance, trading, settlement, and custody (wallet solutions) of digital assets (including without limitation security tokens and cryptocurrencies) in the Asia Pacific region.
