US$43.6 million acquisition of 49% stake in clean energy vision development joint stock company by Leader Energy
Allen & Gledhill (Vietnam), as transaction counsel, advised Leader Energy Pte. Ltd. (“Leader”) on its US$43.6 million investment to acquire a 49% stake in Clean Energy Vision Development Joint Stock Company, which is developing three solar projects in Vietnam with a total capacity of 330 MW in Binh Dinh Province, Vietnam. The investment was made by way of conversion of existing bonds held by Leader issued by the target.
