S$330 million acquisition of additional 3.78% stake in Intouch Holdings Public Company Limited by Singapore Telecommunications Limited
Allen & Gledhill, as transaction counsel, advised Singapore Telecommunications Limited (“Singtel”) on the acquisition of an additional 3.78% stake in Intouch Holdings Public Company Limited (“Intouch Holdings”).
Singtel’s acquisition was made via its wholly-owned subsidiary Singtel Global Investment Pte. Ltd., and the seller of the stake in Stock Exchange of Thailand-listed Intouch Holdings is Anderton Investments, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Temasek.
