Issue of S$1 billion fixed rate notes by Housing and Development Board
Allen & Gledhill, as transaction counsel, advised Housing and Development Board (“HDB”) on the issue of S$1 billion fixed rate notes due 2029 under its S$32 billion multicurrency medium term note programme.
