Establishment of S$5 billion Euro medium term securities programme by Mapletree Pan Asia Commercial Trust
Allen & Gledhill advised Mapletree Pan Asia Commercial Trust (“MPACT”) on the establishment of a S$5 billion Euro medium term securities programme, pursuant to which it may issue notes or perpetual securities.
