Establishment of S$300 million multicurrency debt issuance programme by Elite Commercial REIT
Allen & Gledhill advised CIMB Bank Berhad, Singapore Branch (“CIMB”), The Bank of New York Mellon, Singapore Branch (“BNY Mellon Singapore”), The Bank of New York Mellon, London Branch (“BNY Mellon London”) and The Bank of New York Mellon SA/NV, Dublin Branch (“BNY Mellon Dublin”) on the establishment of a S$300 million multicurrency debt issuance programme (“Programme”) by Elite Commercial REIT.
CIMB was appointed arranger and dealer of the Programme.
BNY Mellon Singapore was appointed trustee, CDP issuing and paying agent, CDP calculation agent, CDP transfer agent and CDP registrar.
BNY Mellon London was appointed non-CDP issuing and paying agent and non-CDP calculation agent.
BNY Mellon Dublin was appointed non-CDP registrar and non-CDP transfer agent.
Advising CIMB were Allen & Gledhill Partners Margaret Chin and Sunit Chhabra.
