Allen & Gledhill Partners Chua Kee Loon and Nicholas Tan contributed the Singapore chapter to The International Comparative Legal Guide to Investor-State Arbitration 2023 (5th Ed), published by Global Legal Group Ltd. The chapter covers common issues in investor-state arbitration laws and regulations including treaties, legal frameworks, recent significant changes and discussions, case trends, funding, the relationship between international tribunals and domestic courts, and recognition and enforcement of awards.
