Issue of €1.5 billion notes by Temasek Financial (I) Limited
Allen & Gledhill advised Temasek Financial (I) Limited (“Temasek Financial (I)”) and Temasek Holdings (Private) Limited (“Temasek”) on the issue of €750 million 3.25% notes due 2027 and €750 million 3.50% notes due 2033 (together, the “Notes”) under their US$25 billion guaranteed global medium term note programme.
Temasek is the guarantor for the Notes.
Advising Temasek Financial (I) and Temasek as to Singapore law were Allen & Gledhill Partners Yeo Wico, Wu Zhaoqi, Kern Wong and Sunit Chhabra.
