S$348.9 million and RMB745.5 million offshore and onshore facility agreements to EC World Real Estate Investment Trust
Allen & Gledhill, as transaction counsel, advised EC World Real Estate Investment Trust (“EC World REIT”) and DBS Trustee Limited (in its capacity as trustee for EC World REIT) on the S$348.9 million offshore facility agreement and RMB745.5 million onshore facility agreement in relation to obtaining secured term loan facilities.
