S$1.08 billion term loan facility to Frasers Property Aquamarine Trustee Pte. Ltd. (as trustee-manager of Aquamarine Star Trust)
Allen & Gledhill, as transaction counsel, advised Frasers Property Aquamarine Trustee Pte. Ltd. (as trustee-manager of Aquamarine Star Trust) (“Frasers Property”) on the S$1.08 billion term loan facility (“Facility”) by United Overseas Bank Limited, DBS Bank Ltd., Industrial and Commercial Bank of China Limited Singapore Branch, Oversea-Chinese Banking Corporation Limited, CIMB Bank Berhad, Singapore Branch, RHB Bank Berhad, and ING Bank N.V., Singapore Branch.
The Facility is aligned with the Green Loan Principles, and will be used to refinance the development of Frasers Tower, a Green Mark Platinum accredited property.
