CNH1.582 billion term loan facility to Bantex Investments Limited
Allen & Gledhill, as transaction counsel, advised DBS Bank Ltd. (“DBS”) on the CNH1.582 billion term loan facility to Bantex Investments Limited (sponsored by GIC (Realty) Private Limited) to finance its general corporate funding requirements relating to its investment in Beijing Lize Azia, a 47-storey office in Beijing.
