Issue of CNY600 million 3.80% guaranteed bonds due 2026 by CLCT MTN Pte. Ltd. unconditionally and irrevocably guaranteed by HSBC Institutional Trust Services (Singapore) Limited (in its capacity as trustee of CapitaLand China Trust)
Allen & Gledhill advised CLCT MTN Pte. Ltd. (“Issuer”) and HSBC Institutional Trust Services (Singapore) Limited (in its capacity as trustee of CapitaLand China Trust (“CLCT”)) (“Guarantor”), on the issue of CNY600 million 3.80% guaranteed bonds due 2026 (“Bonds”).
This is the first free trade zone (“FTZ”) offshore CNY bond issue by a Singapore-based issuer and CLCT’s first issuance of bonds denominated in CNY within the China (Shanghai) Pilot Free Trade Zone.
