S$970 million term and revolving loan facilities to Jewel Changi Airport Trust
Allen & Gledhill, as transaction counsel, advised DBS Bank Ltd. (“DBS”), United Overseas Bank Limited (“UOB”), Oversea-Chinese Banking Corporation Limited (“OCBC”) and Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation, Singapore Branch (“SMBC”) on the S$970 million term and revolving loan facilities (“Facilities”) to Jewel Changi Airport Trustee Pte Ltd., in its capacity as trustee-manager of Jewel Changi Airport Trust.
The Facilities will be used to refinance the development of Jewel Changi Airport.
