Issue of CNY750 million notes due 2029 by Temasek Financial (I) Private Limited guaranteed by Temasek Holdings (Private) Limited
Allen & Gledhill advised Temasek Financial (I) Limited (“Temasek Financial (I)”) and Temasek Holdings (Private) Limited (“Temasek”) on the issue of CNY750 million 3.20% guaranteed notes due 2029 (“Notes”) under the US$25 billion guaranteed global medium term note programme established by Temasek Financial (I).
The Notes are unconditionally and irrevocably guaranteed by Temasek.
This was Temasek’s inaugural issuance of offshore CNY denominated bonds.
Advising Temasek Financial (I) and Temasek were Allen & Gledhill Partners Yeo Wico, Wu Zhaoqi, Kern Wong and Sunit Chhabra.
