JPY30 billion subscription line facility to Mapletree Trustee Pte. Ltd., as trustee of Mapletree Japan Investment Country Private Trust
Allen & Gledhill, as transaction counsel, advised DBS Bank Ltd. (“DBS”) on the JPY30 billion subscription line facility (“Facility”) to Mapletree Trustee Pte. Ltd., as trustee of Mapletree Japan Investment Country Private Trust (“MAJIC”).
The Facility will be used to inter alia, finance investments and/or expenses taken up by MAJIC.
