S$414 million term loan facilities to Shenton 101 Pte. Ltd.
Allen & Gledhill, as transaction counsel, advised DBS Bank Ltd. (“DBS”), Malayan Banking Berhad, Singapore Branch (“Maybank”) and United Overseas Bank Limited (“UOB”), as mandated lead arrangers, on the S$414 million term loan facilities (“Facilities”) to Shenton 101 Pte. Ltd.
The Facilities will be used to finance, among other purposes, the acquisition of Shenton House.
Advising DBS, Maybank, and UOB was Allen & Gledhill Partner Lim Wei Ting.
