Implementation and execution of Cooling-as-a-Service arrangements at Suntec City
Allen & Gledhill, as transaction counsel, advised Suntec City Development (“Suntec City”) on the implementation and execution of Cooling-as-a-Service (“CAAS”) arrangements for Suntec City, provided by SP Group (“SP”).
This involved advising on the contractual arrangements to apply to the provision of CAAS, as well as participating in negotiations and discussions with SP.
The provision of CAAS will enable Suntec City to reduce its carbon emissions by at least 10,400 tonnes over a 30-year operating period.
