S$612.5 million sustainability-linked term loan facility to Keppel Merlimau Cogen Pte Ltd
Allen & Gledhill, as transaction counsel, advised Keppel Infrastructure Fund Management Pte. Ltd. (“KIFM”) in its capacity as trustee-manager of Keppel Infrastructure Trust (“KIT”), on the S$612.5 million sustainability-linked term loan facility obtained by Keppel Merlimau Cogen Pte Ltd (“KMC”), a subsidiary of KIT.
