US$3.3 million pre-Series A financing of Beep Technologies Pte. Ltd. led by Granite Asia
Allen & Gledhill, as transaction counsel, advised Granite Asia, a venture capital firm, which led the US$3.3 million pre-Series A financing of Beep Technologies Pte. Ltd. (“Beep”).
Beep is a Singapore-based Internet of Things startup. Its solutions include the Voltality platform, which connects electric vehicle (EV) drivers with charging points from different operators through a single account. The funding secured will aid Beep to expand its Voltality platform in South-east Asia, starting with Thailand and Malaysia.
