Issue of S$350 million notes due 2035 by CLI Treasury Limited guaranteed by CapitaLand Investment Limited
Allen & Gledhill advised CLI Treasury Limited (“CLI Treasury”) and CapitaLand Investment Limited (“CapitaLand Investment”) on the issue of S$350 million 3.58% notes due 2035 (“Notes”) by CLI Treasury, under its S$6 billion Euro medium term note programme.
The Notes are unconditionally and irrevocably guaranteed by CapitaLand Investment.
Advising CLI Treasury and CapitaLand Investment were Allen & Gledhill Partners Wu Zhaoqi and Sunit Chhabra.
