S$5.9 billion term facilities to CLA Real Estate Holdings Pte. Ltd.
Allen & Gledhill, as transaction counsel, advised DBS Bank Ltd. (“DBS”), Oversea-Chinese Banking Corporation Limited (“OCBC”) and United Overseas Bank Limited (“UOB”) on the S$5.9 billion term facilities (“Facilities”) to CLA Real Estate Holdings Pte. Ltd. (“CLA Real Estate”).
The Facilities will be used by CLA Real Estate to, among others, fund its working capital requirements and for general corporate purposes.
