Issue of S$325 million green notes due 2031 by Public Utilities Board
Allen & Gledhill, as transaction counsel, advised Public Utilities Board (“PUB”) on the issue of S$325 million 2.502% green notes due 2031 (“Notes”) under its S$10 billion medium term note programme.
The Notes are intended to be green bonds under PUB’s green financing framework.
Advising PUB were Allen & Gledhill Partners Margaret Chin and Sunit Chhabra.
