Sale of shares in Lightscale Holdings Pte. Ltd. to ZKcandy and JB Investment
Allen & Gledhill, as transaction counsel, advised Wemix Pte. Ltd. (“Wemix”) on the sale of some of its shares in Lightscale Holdings Pte. Ltd. (“Lightscale”) to ZKcandy and JB Investment (“Sale”).
The Sale is in connection with the investments by ZKcandy and JB Investment in Lightscale’s innovative Layer 2 blockchain solution, Kroma.
