S$540 million green term loan and revolving credit facilities to Winchamp Investment Pte. Ltd.
Allen & Gledhill, as transaction counsel, advised Winchamp Investment Pte. Ltd. (“Winchamp”) on the S$540 million green term loan and revolving credit facilities granted by Oversea-Chinese Banking Corporation Limited (“OCBC”) and United Overseas Bank Limited (“UOB”).
OCBC and UOB are original lenders for the financing of the acquisition and development of River Valley Green (Parcel A), a Government Land Sales site.
